Patuloy na nag bababnta sa buhay at ari-arian sa Bicol Region ang Super Typhoon “Uwan” na kasalukuyang nasa katubigang baybayin ng Camarines Norte.
Ang mata ng bagyo ay tinatayang nasa layong 135 kilometro hilagang-hilagang kanluran ng Virac, Catanduanes o 100 kilometro hilagang-silangan ng Daet, Camarines Norte.
Taglay nito ang hanging umaabot sa 185 km/h malapit sa gitna, bugso hanggang 230 km/h, at kumikilos sa bilis na 30 km/h.

Itinaas na rin ang babala sa paglalayag sa mga baybayin ng Luzon, Visayas, at silangang bahagi ng Mindanao dahil sa napakatarik at napakataas na alon na maaaring umabot ng hanggang 14 metro.
Ayon sa PAGASA, mananatiling nasa kategoryang super typhoon si Uwan habang papalapit sa Calaguas at Polillo Islands ngayong hapon o gabi, at inaasahang magla-landfall sa Aurora ngayong gabi o sa madaling araw ng Lunes.
Pagkatapos tumama sa lupa, tatawirin ng bagyo ang kabundukan ng Northern Luzon, at maghihina ngunit mananatiling bagyo bago ito lumabas patungong Lingayen Gulf.
Sa Martes (Nobyembre 11), posibleng lumihis ito patungong hilaga at hilagang-silangan papunta sa Taiwan Strait, bago tuluyang humina.
