CAUAYAN CITY- Isasagawa ngayon sa isang malaking mall dito sa lungsod ng Cauayan ang License To Own and Pocess Firearms (LTOPF) One-Stop-Shop Caravan.
Nag-abiso ang Cauayan City Police Station at Local Government Unit ng Cauayan sa lahat ng mga may ari ng hindi lisensyadong baril na magtungo sa nasabing Caravan.
Ang mga magpaparehistro ay kinakailangang sumailalim sa registration evaluation, drug test, creation and migrant of account, neuro exam, at gun safety seminar.
Ang mga kinakailangang requirement para sa mga bagong gun owner ay neuro psychiatric exam, drug test, notarized LTOPF Application form, 1 valid government ID, Certificate of Gun Safety and Responsible Gun Ownership Seminar, proof of income, National Police Clearance, PSA, Barangay Certificate at 2*2 ID picture.
Sa mga Renewal naman, kinakailangan lamang ng Neuropsychiatric exam, drug test, notarized LTOPF Application Form, National Police Clearance, at Notarized Affidavit of Undertaking.
